Benefits

Death Any Cause (DAC) – Natural and Accidental

Permanent Total Disability (PTD) due to Any Cause

Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) due to Any Cause

Sum Assured: QR 100,000/- per member

Conditions

• Maximum age 65 years
• Minimum age 18 years
• Resident of Qatar with valid Resident Permit.
• All benefits will be covered up to the maximum of sum assured.
• Policy Terms & Conditions will be applied.

Claim Documents Required:

In case of Death

• Written notice within 90 days from the date of death by the Beneficiary or his legal representative.
• Death Certificate (Attested, if incurred outside Qatar)
• Qatar ID and Passport Copy
• Nominee/Beneficiary Passport copy and Bank account details

In case of PTD/PPD

• Original Disability Certificate (Attested, if incurred outside Qatar)
• Medical Report
• Police Report (if accident)
• Qatar ID and Passport Copy
• Bank account details of Insured member or Beneficiary/Nominee

Description:

• DAC: Death benefits is payable up to the maximum sum assured for death any cause.
• PTD / PPD: Total or Partial permanent disability will entitle for up to maximum coverage amount depends on the percentage of disability (as per scale).
• Any Indian community member resident in Qatar with valid Qatar ID can enroll themselves.

How to Enroll:

Fill the Enrollment form and submit along with QID & Passport copy and the premium of QAR 125/- at Indian Community Benevolent forum (ICBF) at IICC premises, Al Thumama, Doha.

Timings for the application submission are 9am to 7 pm (Saturday to Thursday).
