OTP (Orunginaintha Thamizhar Peravai) was officially formed as a Tamil community welfare group in Qatar.
2020 – Registration & Recognition
Registered under ICBF (Indian Community Benevolent Forum) as an Associate Organisation (AO) under the aegis of the Embassy of India, Qatar.
First official recognition and inclusion in the Indian community socio-welfare structure.
